Stephen Faulk Website Update

Hey everyone,
I have a new look to my website. I'll be able to embed video and sound clips and add more features as they are needed. We're still adding details and tightening up language, but we just could not wait any longer! By we I mean Kevin O'Donnell AKA HemeolaMan on the Foro. Kevin created the website for me. Thank you Kevin.

I just want to ask you to look at it periodically and check in to see what's new. I'm not going to be as 'bloggy' as I first hoped because I've found it takes up too much work time. But I will add new things to the blog now and then. Mainly as guitars get finished I'll be more attentive to showing video and sound clips than I have been in the past.

Thanks for looking. Please email me with any questions, suggestions or commissions!
Stephen

Looks nice and simple Stephen,
always good, not to distracting. (iWeb?)

There are some typo's in it, but the most important thing is to rename your pictures to something like "Stephen Faulk blanca 1".
Search engines will find your site much easier.

If possible, I would change your "Name logo" also in text for better seo.

Nice site. Looks simple, yet elegant and sophisticated. Very professional indeed. Plus, blog feature will make it easy for you to keep your clients up-to-date.

Nerd question: Did kevin use Wordpress for this site?

Give me some time I just put it up.

There will be plenty of stuff on there in weeks and months to come, guitar making is not a fast food process. I think there will be some pretty interesting flamenco vids on there in the near future.

It's not all flamenco, but I just put up two sound samples on the seven string page:

I like it. Its cool, pro and serious.

Just one question:
¿Does this mean that from now on you´ll be cool, pro and serious?

Thank you Anders. Coming from you that means lot I have a deep respect for your knowledge. As far as being serious.......I think I'll still clown around a bit, too serious people are not fun.

However I do need to show what I can do and some seriousness is needed. Regardless of what you may think I did not start making guitars just to get chicks.

Yes the user interface is Wordpress. I can change things and upload vids, pictures and sound clips really easily. When Kevin was making the site I asked him to go look at European architects websites and make it simple and clean. I don't want anything romantic or cluttery so I'm very happy with what he came up with. He did a great job.

I think I have one left-

I'm going take a couple days and do some things that need to get done and then get back to building with a renewed enthusiasm for getting this website up.

Thanks guys.

I feel like there might be a market for 7 string cejillas as well. What do you think?
