Homage to Paco de Lucia

Just heard this and was blown away!
Don't know who the singer is but he sure sings good.

The chorus goes:
"Ay ole y ole sus manos son melodia no hay quien toque como el que se quiten el sombrero que se ponga el mundo en pie."

loosely translated:
"Ay ole y ole his hands are a melody, no one has his touch, everyone tip their hat and the whole world stand up."

I'm not an expert in identifiying voices ... but isn't the singer camaron ?
