Sounds like you got something really special.

That amp alone costs about $1200, right? I'm looking for an amp as well but in a more economical price range.

Don't fret about it rumbaking. I'm only a beginner.

Besides, you know that a really good guitar can easily cost $3k-$4k. I'm not ready for one of those yet.

Congrats Rumbaking!

I went though periods of working 3 jobs and eating only baked beans and loaf in order to accumulate the gear I have now... but I don't regret it at all... good gear, although not cheap, is much more rewarding. It will keep you playing and it will make you improve... in my experience, a good mic into a good preamp/amp translates every little nuances of your playing so playing with a good PA system is the best way to get your technique on another level.
