Flamenco workshops in London (Nunez,...

Just caught this in a guitar mag...

30th April: Introduction to flamenco guitar (w/Kevin Byrne) -£12

May 1st: Flamenco guitar masterclass (Gerardo Nunez)
Intermediate: £40 Advanced £50

I'm tempted to do the Nunez workshop, but London is a 4 hour trip for me, its on a Sunday morning and I have a gig the night before

venue is the South Bank Centre.

..Plus the train service really sucks on a Sunday. Not sure I fancy the 4 hour drive to London

Baile workshop with Carmen Cortes too - same time as the Nunez one (perhaps they are combined?)

It's part of the same guitar festival that Emma and Jim attended in Bath last year. There is also a flamenco course later in the year.

Jon, if I am still in the UK, you can stop over at my place if you want and go up on the train the next day - 25 mins train ride. Nunez workshops are notoriously advanced I hear so I may not join you.

Thanks for the offer Simon, but that gig the night before is going to prevent me from going, really.
