I think the safest place to get it is the main Encuentro page
http://www.encuentro.ch/
check the "Where to buy Section?"

this Encuentro is so good ... pepe is an awesome player with great skills and compositions but probably it's not a beginner stuff so be aware I have this encuentro and I started with his Soleá por Bulerías and I really enjoyed it but I stopped later because of other plans a brief review could be this :
Pepe Habichuela plays eight selected pieces from his repertoire: Soleares, Alegría, Fandango de Huelva, Bulerías, Taranta, Soleá por Bulerías, Tangos, as well as an unpublished version of his famous Rumba "A Mandeli". Pepe plays each toque first at normal speed and then the individual falsetas are repeated slowly. Two percussionists accompany all the rhythmical palos. his video provides a fascinating selection of reproduceable pieces from one of the great masters of the flamenco guitar.
