my other tv recording!

this time, there's a interview and i'm really dorky in it.

i had no idea what to say and the easiest thing i could think of without explaining any further was "the caves in granada" even though i got to play at a few other places.

btw, that's my new amp and mic.

Sounds like you were getting a little annoyed with that guy lol. what a clown

btw hearing that first lady with the thick Boston accent talking about Flamenco was mentally jarring

thanks guys! yeah, the reporter made me nervous. you dont see it in the video but he was firing questions back to back before that. very funny guy though, and fun to work with.

i only got to play a couple times in the caves and both were for short periods but it was a really cool experience but he cut me off before i got to explain that and got to talk about actual performances.

john stills plays. there's a full clip of him playing solea por bulerias from the same show.

jamie is awesome! she's one of the most fun person to work with. i love her boston accent too.

she has this catch phrase... "wicked ole!"

I agree with Leendert, that reporter is a typical local news show host. "do you teach flabby Greek men" to do what??

You did great btw, and what great exposure for the dance troupe irregardless of the host!!

Man, I totally agree!! That's exactly how I am with our troupe. I like to make everyone laugh and keep things loose but its nice sitting on the side watching the show!

I'm pretty sure I don't want to see him dance :))

Hey Leo!!

I thought that was terrific!

You and Lauren looked and sounded really good!

You didn't look "dorky" at all...more mysterious and enigmatic IMO!

(I bet you will have generated a lot of interest amongst any guitarists watching in the area.)

I liked too how everybody managed to naturally slot in "promos" for the restaurants and lessons without being obvious.

I think if anyone looked a dork, it was the host, who kept referring to Flamenco as "Flaminko"

Still..he's just trying to keep the show up-beat, so he's got his job to do too.
