Alain Faucher has an excellent book of six called Danza Arabes, available from affedis.com:

Danza mora (Sabicas)
Damasco (Sabicas)
Noches de Arabia (Sabicas)
Alcaicería mora (Manuel Cano)
Zambra Granadina (Pepe Martínez)
Moros y Cristianos (Mario Escudero)

The Sabicas pieces are from Sabicas Volume 2 (reissued on La Guitarra Flamenca), The Art of the Guitar and Sabicas in Concert (reissued on Concierto Vol. 2).
