your really keen for wone hey , what other options u have ?

they sound cool to me , id like a guitar i can play many types of styles, so these sound pretty fair ,i like the negra but................gosh its hard !

I have a 650 blanca castillo. Also a 650 negra and a 660 negra. He builds what people ask for. So there is variety in Castillos out there. I believe he has made between 300 and 400, so not many being traded yet if you are looking for second hand. I have seen them on ebay though.

It'd be great to hear you play the same piece all three guitars. I'd like to know what his blancas have over his negras.

Wondering if his negras are better-suited for classical rather than flamenco. A bit less percussive perhaps? More overtones?

Too bad I can't hear them in person.

If you contact Salvador directly you can get one with Mexican Cypress shipped to the U.S. for less than $2000.00. You want it cheaper than that?
