First things first.

Check your strings first and make sure they are in good shape and not coming unwound or hitting the top behind the bridge. Also check the strings on the head stock between the tuners and the nut to make sure you're not hearing a false harmonic.

Check the saddle to see it's seated and the bass strings are not unwound as they pass over the saddle.

Don't worry it's probably not a big deal. You'll find it.

Hi M.S.A,

Don't take the Irish humidity for granted inside your house. In a guitar shop here in The Hague they've got three humidifiers, yet the humidity won't reach 50%. In winter with the heating on humidity can drop dramatically.
It's not very clear to me what sound you mean exactly, but if it is a subtle thing it could be the vibrating of a string in the groove of the top nut at the outside, I mean between the top nut and the tuner. Could you try muting each string there by laying a finger on it or something, then play that string?
