Regular gig in london

I have started to play a regular gig in london at La Tasca Tapas restaurant in Islington. I play with a Flamenco/rumba group called "Prensa o'Palike". We play most Wednesdays from about 8pm. The group is made up of Ulyses 'cante' Javier - bass, Demi - caojn & perc. and myself - guitar. We also play with some dancers - if I'm not there will usually be something happening. Hope to see you there!

Hey that's my neighbourhood, well actually I'm more Holloway than the posh part but next time I am back in blighty I'll be ther with the whole gang. What's the food like ?

Unfortunatly La Tasca is part of a chain of tapas restaurants here in the UK all thought the islington branch is really nicely decked out the food catters for somewhat British tastes, but pop down for a sangria anyways.

I wont be there this week though as I'm heading up north near Newcastle to give a workshop in a school up there and do a little gig. I'll let you all know when I'll be in London next. Is there anyone near enough to london to come anyways??
