That was too generous of you. I wouldn't have done that if it were returned like that.

Johnny did a great job on my 2007 guitar, including customized specs
for scale, nut width, string spacing, fingerboard radius, and tuners.

I chose him because he has a great start price for people on a budget,
without any sacrifice in quality, IMO, and he also offers a cutaway option
which I wanted since I started as a rocker, then a Fakemenco :)

When I has not happy with the action, he worked on it twice at
no cost. I am lucky though not to have paid shipping because I have a
friend that visits family near his shop in Oklahoma, and took the guitar along.

I will say that the string height issue was my fault because I did not
specify at the start how low I wanted the action when I commissioned the guitar.
