Madrid flamenco? 
I'm in Madrid for a week to pick up a new guitar but am having a hard time finding some proper flamenco tavernas. I remember walking through Sevilla a few years ago and walking into taverna after taverna, smokey, old, traditional, serendipitously indulging one wonderful, raw flamenco experience after another—but nothing so far in Madrid, where it seems like one silly tourist trap after another. Anyone have any proper Madrid recommendations?

Not going to find Andalusia in Madrid, but there can be top level artists at the tablaos.
