Rolan microcube using piezo pickup

I have a Roland microcube amp. I have connected my flamenco guitar to it via a kremona KNA-NG1 pickup. It seems I can only use the Classic amp modeling function. When I try the others such as Accoustic, JC Clean, Black Panel or Brit Combo, none of them work. Is this a function of my pickup? I saw YouTube demos of this amp being used with accoustic guitars (active pickup). The KNA-NG1 is a passive (piezo) pickup. Just wondering...
