The international flamenco community was sent into disarray last night after famed luthier Estebanana Faulk announced that he would now only be making tacky orange guitars. While others had ventured into this area of color without raising such a fuss, the surprise with M. Faulk was that dissing this particular hue had become his trademark over his long and successful career. "You know, there just comes a time where you have to be honest with yourself" he said. "Sometimes when you're so vocal and adamant about something, there just might some hidden reason for it. In my case, my vocal opposition to tacky orange was just the result of my own insecure love for the color, not unlike the vocal homophobe who is secretly gay." When asked whether he thought this would affect his reputation, he replied "the art world be damned. It is liberating to cry out to the world my undying love for tacky orange. There's no going back now." The uproar in the art world is still going strong after M. Faulk shared his new design (see below) on the internet. Will it recover? Time will tell.
