Did you try emailing him at the address he provides at the bottom of his website page at http://canteytoque.es/ ?

I correspond with him regularly. He has not responded in quite a long time. I have taken some measures to track him down (make sure he is alright). He could be traveling or something. I will keep you updated … and of course if anybody knows him that would help.

A few days before that he did not respond to my inquiry. It could be an email spam issue on my end, however we have a mutual friend who also did not hear from him as normal since that time.

EDIT: He responded to my friend and said he was fine.
