Maybe Simon is the best admin because we are the best forum members. So far nothing has really come to a point where it was nescessary throw people out etc. The good thing is that there are a lot of people taking this serious. When something starts getting dirty, there are a lot of members saying stop. I must admit though, that the last 6 month or so have been worse, we have a lot more disrespect, a lot more stupidity going on, a lot less respect for the discussion in the threads, meaning that if someone wants to discuss A, in less than 1 page this turns out to be a discussion of B. I hope we can cope with this tendency, and I hope that more members will take this serious. Most of us know about sites which has gone completely crazy because of similar tendencies. But. Cheers to a great site, a great administrator and more than anything, great members

Come on people, it's fun to read this stuff in between practising guitar, no ? You have to admit it. NOOOOOO. It s not fun, and I will explain it to you (again) and anyone else reading this. So you admit for the second time that you are troll.... Do you remember last time? Last time you admitted to be a troll, you were warned, and also told that on most other internet forums you would have been excluded!!!!!! Since my whole attitude in this flame war comes from this episode I will tell it. You had, some 6 - 8 month ago a IMHO completely stupid go at Kate because in your opinion she always posted the same stuff about Emilio Maya and she was very boring. You were very insulting and completely disrespectfull. You also said that it was fun to stirr up things here at the forum it made it more fun. Thats normally totally forbidden on a forum and normally leads to exclusion. The whole story got me mad and very sad, because, of course, Kate more or less stopped posting here. I told her that IMHO she´s 10 times more flamenco than you and this because she lives with flamencos and has always been very helpfull to people wanting to come here and study flamenco. Yeah, she was posting the same things more than once, but what about you and me??????? It made me so tired of this place that I left for 3 month, and when I came back I saw that a lot of the same things were happening. Bullying because some have nothing else to do. So it was Thomas Whiteley, I dont care that Thomas had a way of writing and expressing things that a lot of members did not like, because I know that Thomas was extremely helpfull to a lot of beginners, and THATS what its all about. So who´s next, me? well OK, I might have a tendency to express that I know everything, but at least I try to help someone who wants to know about Neckangle, glues etc. And Next??? Ricardo...., because he´s to good and always have the right answer. Come on... I know you wont bully Ricardo. He IS to good, and I would get equally angry if you did so, because Ricardo is also extremely helpfull and patient. He taught me in few words how to count bulerias in two, this revolutionized completely my playing, so I´m very thankfull for that. And next. Who are we going to bully because we are bored between practicing???? Take a look at youselfs and have a go at yourselfs if you see that you do more harm than good. Does anyone have the right to insult other people without reason. I will not continue with this kind of arguments. I promise, I think we are reaching point zero and should leave personal stuff in peace and think of the best of the forum and not polish our egos. (I include myself) Yes, I know, this time I was personal......... I´m a human being as well

I have seen several forum Admins on other forums, act very tuff on some new comers. Feeling far superior and having the control to do and say as they please, all for the sake of keep control over their little cyberspace. Sometimes it is necessary, but more often it sometimes read like "bullying". And of course those admin have their butt kissers that always back em up and help gang up when ever a new guy gets out of line. Escribano AKA SIMON, has been surprisingly easy going and low key compared to what I have seen. Of coure I have been here awhile, but like when Romerito came on and said something to Simon that revealed he did not know anybetter, that kind of thing on some other forum the guy would be chewed up and spit out in 2 seconds. I have no fear of disagreeing with anyone on here, or a need to kiss up to anyone, my "buddies", but I feel Simon is a pretty cool guy and don't mind saying no one I can think of could do a better job. Only thing is when the site goes down, I got nothing to do but practice guitar, and I hate praticing now a days!
