Merengue de Cordoba

I'm going to Cordoba in mid Feb and was thinking of taking a couple of guitar lessons while there.

I have heard that Merengue runs classes.
Does anyone know how to contact him?

Does anyone know/recommend any other teachers?

I only know his Encuentro video. Judging solely on that - for theory/accompanyment great, for technique not so great.
