Experimental Blanca 

Here's my new Blanca
Not very traditional at all

Specs
2012 Flamenco Blanca by Jeff Highland
Engelmann Spruce top
Alaskan Yellow Cypruss back and sides
African Blackwood fretboard / King Billy Pine neck
Koa and Tasmanian Blackwood trim and bridge
Adjustable neck with floating fretboard.
13th fret neck Joint
K&K pickup (but recorded unplugged)

Sorry it is not being played in flamenco style

question.. why 13? and not 12 or 14?

A little better for reach but without moving the bridge too far forward as you get with a 14 fret join.
Oh and further to the above details it has curved laminated carbon fibre topped "Falcate " bracing and a carbon fibre reinforced bridge.

There is also video on my channel of it's "evil twin" with the same configuration but as a steel string.
