Do you play guitar?
and
If you were to listen to guitar music, What type of guitar would it contain? Give reasons.

All the questions except Nº 2 seem either virtually meaningless to me (even Nº 10: which box do you check if you’re 15 years old?); or make very dubious assumptions.

What rests on the results?

Well I filled it in. A few of the questions I felt were leading and feel that the results will probably be skewed if the questionaire isn't given to a large enough demographic.
