The New Forum

I was just over at F-T and looking at the forum there. In my opinion, this forum is so much better as far as organization and readabilty. Thank you Simon for putting this together for us!

Was there ever a Paypal account setup? I want to help Simon try to recoop some of the costs of our new forum.

Scott

Thanks Scott, I just followed the members wishes. I haven't set up any payment method yet but I must look into it, Tom has kindly send his handbooks to resell to put some funds back in the forum. Now if we got together and wrote a book, why couldn't we sell it to "A Dummy's Guide to the Flamenco Guitar"?

Simon, are these the Farruca and Solea handbooks. If so I've been trying to get hold of them for ages but Tom wouldn't sell outside the US.

Are you making these available now? If so, how much are they and how do I get my paws on them?

Yes, they are but I haven't had much time to figure out a payment mechanism to buy them off this site yet. I could always take cheque in the UK in the interim. Tom, how much do you charge for these in the US?

Use PayPal, it's really easy to set up an account and it's convenient for everyone and won't involve you in setting up a merchant account.

I'm also taking donations for this site for Simon. You can use the paypal option on my website if it'll make things easier. www.lafalseta.com

Simon;

I charge $20 each of both for $35, which includes shipping of the CD's and Insurance. If you do it by a file over the Internet, charge less.

I hope to have my Bulerias Handbood finished one of these days. It has some interesting things in it - which have taken 45 years to learn - and maybe will take another 45 years to complete!
