shaving saddle in a classical guitar

I know that you can shave the saddle in a classical guitar, but that doing that wouldn't you need to dress the frets as well to match everything so no buzz or any arising problem it may be cover?, because I am thinking to take mine to a luthier to shave it to leave a height on a 12th fret of 3mm for the 6th string, but might required also dressing for the frets, any ideas or opinions are welcomed!!!

Cheers

The classical guitar works different to the flamenco, so saying you could have a buzzy guitar at the end of it however well the frets are worked. Some classicals can take it tho. although you may never reach the desired flamenco tone due to the build differences.
