Music software question

Is there a piece of software that can transcribe from a cd track? I know it would be asking a lot, but I was wondering, as it would save a lot of time.

what can be done is......
find a software that will convert wav to midi (google search)
( it wont be accurate in music with lots of instruments)

Tabedit and some other tabing software can open midi files

It likely wont be helpful for fingering
but Its the only thing I can think of

I have done this when desperate for something to do
