I am just about to go to work, this is just my morning coffe, cigarete and check the email rutine, but il share some when i get back tonight.

but i dont use 190 and 250

i use a more sophisticated system it goes like this : Really slow, slow, medium, fast, really fast and too fast

i gues u want the medium and fast ?

i got 190,225,234,246 and 260. I have a lot more but these i know what tempo they are. i got other that i dont knbow the tempo of. but around 200-210--230.
