Jose Manuel Montoya - bulerias DVD -...

Jose Manuel Montoya - Guitarra Flamenca Bulerias Paso a Paso I - Book & DVD

I am considering buying this along with the level 2 of the same name. I am just wondering if anyone else has bought this and if so, what did you think of it?

Was it helpful to you in learning Bulerias?

Please explain why or why not and if not, what would you recommend?

Thanks in advance.

Man, I have no clue but I just looked it up and it looks SO nice. I want one already Curious to hear what others who have actually used it think.

I've got the DVD and it's ok. A bit long perhaps - seems to go on and on and on. You can certainly make out what's happening on the fretboard easily. Basically each section is transcribed in the book and you can accompany the DVD with or without cajon/ singer/ palmas/ guitar (or something like this)- as with all these DVDs I struggle to find time to sit down and work through them but they are great to compliment studying with a good teacher - but as a warning - I like the Juan Martin solos (which I can dip in and out of) and I don't know how popular he is with hard core flamencas.

Thank you for your comments. I've pretty much decided to order these, and your help is much appreciated.

By the way, I have some Juan Martin stuff as well. *_^
