I wish Gerardo would publish an album of compositions like this in various palos. No one else composes music on this level in any genre - and there’s no need for the technical virtuosity he had before he developed FD to perform musical ideas like the ones in this video.

He developed nothing. A moron smashed a car door on his hand. But I agree - his compositions are genius and it doesnt matter if he plays with ridiculous technique using all fingers, or ridiculous technique using mostly thumb only. He is a jewel... a waste of life time if he doesnt put out more beautiful music.
