I need help to identify this piece

Few days ago I was searching for guitar recordings with Zoom H1 since I was wondering should I order one and I reached a piece on youtube recorded with exactly this H1. And I liked very much.
Here is the piece.

Do you know what is this?

Sounds like an arrangement for guitar of Jacques Brel's "Ne Me Quitte Pas" song. Possibly the player's own modified version of someone's published arrangement; so in that sense I don't know if you'd be able to find that exact arrangement as sheet music.
