Market is not the same around the world.
2800- 3000 Euro is a good price - 3500 Euro is fair - above is expensive.

Nothing about it is jumping out that says fake, at least that I can see. It looks like you got a guitar that you like for a reasonable price. Enjoy.

It’s definitely authentic.
Every element (rosette, color, label, headstock shape, bridge cap) matches perfectly with a Conde of that era.
Atocha was the cheapest of the 3 shops run by the Conde brothers at that time.
Nonetheless your guitar looks nice and each guitar speaks for herself.

Every single detail on this instrument (I can’t hear it of course) says it’s a Faustino made 70’s era top blanca....all that label does is give legitimacy to the rumor that even Faustino was contracting outside his top guitars and just sitting in the shop collecting $ for guitars he bought cheap and sold high. This one accitcentally found it’s way to the wrong shop.

Probably later. I have seen quite a few examples of this rosette from early 80's guitars. The Gravina example pictured belonged to Paco but I am not sure he ever played it.

I wasn’t just talking about the rosette either, all the other detailing is exact same as the gravina shop equivalents...only the label is different.

About Paco’s guitar pictured, I had meant to do an entire thread on the guitars Paco ACTUALLY used and loved after those two appeared for sale, in case any more of his instruments popped up for sale. I have organized a whole bunch of photos and videos of each guitar plus a couple like these that he appeared either on stage or TV with. My feeling is, based on evidence I found, was that since the early 70’s Paco would tour with two guitars at a time, making his brother use one of them, and even swapping them out occasionally...and the tour with Canizares and his Nephew was no different. I think they used 3 of Paco’s guitars, and I notice them all swapping out at various times. For example here is the guitar in your photo Paco is using, but Canizares plays PDL’s main guitar...notice the drop A tuning. In a different concert Banderas was using this guitar. I think he liked his guitars to get played in order to develop their sound...that’s the thing....since they were all made by Sanchis after all! HAHAHAH!!!!!

I agree with Robje,
This Atocha's is a typical Conde of the eighties: while very similar, rosette and Headstock are slightly different from those of the early seventies Conde: other details, like bridge cap, varnishing and purflings, are constant up to '89.
