1st Flamenco tremolo? 
Who was the first guitarist to play the piami tremolo (as opposed to the "classical" pami)?

I recall I've read somewhere that Ramon Montoya was the one....may be or not.

Paco de lucena maybe or Paco el Barbero on recording it's Ramon Montoya so he takes credit but it's so natural and precise makes me wonder if he got from a predecessor

Hard to say really , when it developed into a more widley used technique ..
