In between singing: Em - B7 - Em (B7 with bass going F# - G - F#)

Singing: Em - E7 (often with G#bass) - Am - B7 - Em
And sometimes D7 - C - B7

Pretty much just the most obvious chords in the key of Em. Far less obvious is how to phrase it the way Manuel does.
