Luthiers in Ontario/Quebec

Hey fellas,
A couple of questions, some ideas that could be corrected or expanded upon:

At some point I will likely sell my Ramirez 4e in order to invest in a negra(Still on the fence vs. blanca) I have it in my head that a blanca sounds very different to a negra. Is there a tradition where luthiers tend to use bracing patterns distinct to each?
Guitar luthiery is such science and art. I believe that with similar materials and identical design 2 guitars would sound nearly identical.(build quality identical of course) Change the recipe but use the same ingredients and you would have an instrument that differs in character.
It seems that there are so many contributing factors that can change a guitar tone.
I think I am better off casting the stone into the pond and letting the ripples flow as they may...

My main question is is what are the known luthiers in my general area? I'd like to give my money to a hopeful luthier or an established one. Prefer to deal with people as opposed to stores... 12th fret in T.O. is super but somewhat far and is another middleman.
In fact, a number of years ago I bought a guitar kit. VERY bare bones. Nothing pre shaped or thicknessed<-is that even a word?! I would not mind having the prospective luthier use this wood.

There's also Robert England in Mississagua, Ontario.
He has a website but it's not really sorted yet.
He hangs out over in the Delcamp forum a lot.
His classical guitars are good but I'm unsure how many flamencos he's made so far.
He's a nice guy so thought I'd mention him.

So I searched "blanca vs negra" in google. I was a little surprised by the results.

Update: it seems that the first site for this could be potentially bad. Suffice it to say it was not the blanca vs negra I was looking for...

I caution everyone about following the first hit of the search "blanca vs negra" unless you have good anti-virus software installed. It tried to leave me with endless pop-ups. But it was surprising.

Oh hey my bad. I did not know that or I would not intentionally send someone to a link like that.
Personally I use the latest FF or chrome, Ad Block plus add on and suppress popups. Also I use Linux as my main OS so I generally have fewer worries in regards to internet security.
So maybe I'll just go ahead and edit my post. In truth visiting a single website that has malware on it can potentially affect your computer. In otherwords you can get a virus from a website. So go update your browsers and install adblock for added padding from these types of things.
Sorry.
