There have been a few over the years. Their buildings are often badly made with cheap reinforced concrete (which corrodes) and filled in with air bricks.

acc. to news sites, worst place was Lorca.
all 30.000 residents slept outside, because ALL houses were damaged!

10 people dead, and over 160 injured so far.
