show me your -shop- and I'll show yo...

Hope I haven't re-invented an old post - I did check first:)

I'd guess that most craftspersons are usually pretty proud of their workshops, I know this is true for myself. I'd really get a kick out of seeing where you guys make your magic.

How about everyone post their favorite shop photo.

Here's my best pic:

I have the same halogen heater in the kitchen. One lamp blew. The End.

humidity - nice one ;-) I got a plan to resolve that problem, but going to wait until this fall (coast thru the summer).

With regard to your "go bars". Are they just wood ripped with the grain? Did you do anything special? Do you have rubberized ends on them?

Good for you - use whatever space you can. I worked out of 1/4 of a garage for many years.

Luckily, guitars don't necessarily require a variety of large power tools so one can keeps things pretty small.

I personally like to keep my woodworking as high touch as possible; have yet to buy a jointer and likely never will. Found that power tools (read - routers) can mess things up pretty fast when they go awry. Chisels, planes and saw take a few extra seconds to create similar damage.
