an apology

I would like to publicly apologize to Dr. Corey Whitehead for the silly way in which I chose handle a serious matter. We have both found that we share an important common ground.... A wish to bring a means of sharing the amazing art of flamenco to the American guitarists (and beyond) who hunger to know of its magic. We are not alone and I can safely say that others such as my teacher Pedro Cortes and friends Adam del Monte, Jose Tanaka and Richard Marlow all feel the same way. We are motivated much less by the need to earn money than the desire to share the passion and inspiration we have experienced in flamenco with all who we come in contact with. Dr. Whitehead is no different and has shown this to be true and has also shown an immense character in his handling of this matter. I sincerely hope that this apology is accepted by him and that this desire of ours becomes more and more a reality in the future. Flamenco is much bigger than any one guitarist, one teacher or one way of thinking. There is certainly room in my flamenco world for many schools of thought both young and old.

RE: an apology (in reply to JasonMcGuire

I am leaving Jason's apology to stand but I have deleted the responses (as they invite further comment) and locked this thread.
