Raimundo 50 years old

Hello Guys, i have a new firewood guitar :) but this one is a little be special, I called Raimundo´s House a send the pics that you can see here, 5 minutes later Victor Raimundo (Son of Raimundo) calls me back and offers me a new guitar (its not a good one Raimundo 103M) in exchange of this old one...

Perhaps it's a lot of other firewood or perhaps has something I do not know and you can guide me .

The lid is pine wood is other walnut , has many cracks and the raised bridge, requires a total restoration ...

What do you think about this guitar ? the restoration ? the change in the 103M ?
