Bullfighting clown dwarfs on bikes?

I know the subject of bullfighting is always sticky on this forum so I am going to say before going any further that no bulls were hurt or killed in the making of this thread.

I just got back from spending a fantastic weekend in the small town of Guejar Sierra which is in the mountains behind granada. Every year they have a fiesta involving the young men dressed up to the nines and riding beautiful andalucian horses. At 4.00 in the afternoon they gallop round the streets trying to catch ribbons hanging from between the windows. If they catch one, they get to meet a single girl from the town. This year was no different. Here are some of the guys on horseback. (i am particularly pleased with this photo)

At around 6.00 in the afternoon they gathered to see the entertainment. Its usually bullfighting but this year with a surprising twist. The town made their way up the hill to the bullring while the horsemen looked on over the crest of the hill.

So it came as quite a surprise to me to see the totally surreal ( and politically incorrect) comedy musical show "dwarfs dressed as sailors fighting bulls on bikes".

Jeje, I know that crazy village very well, one of our members (JaySpain) lived there. They told me it's the biggest "village" in Spain. Mountain folk. Very different from my old village (rather Alpine). I filmed "El Guitarrero" up that way.

Still, you can never go wrong with dwarves
