Bulerias

Presently I am studying a bulerias. I can play it but not at the correct speed.
My question is ? at what speed (b.p.m.) starts a bulerias??? I supose a slow bulerias does not exist

...or does it?

Manuel from Lole y Manuel played some quite slow bulerias. I'd say around 160. I find when I learn new material that 180 is where it beginds to swing.
